People’s Bank declares open Colombo Outer II Regional Head Office

 The auspicious opening of the Colombo Outer II Regional Head Office

People’s Bank’s 25th Regional Head Office was recently declared open in Piliyandala by People’s Bank Chief Executive Officer/General Manager Clive Fonseka.

The intention of creating the Colombo Outer II region is to streamline operations and provide an enhanced level of attention to the customers. The newly established Colombo Outer II Region consists of 14 branches and 20 service centres.

Regional Head Offices were introduced in 1973 in order to facilitate the administrative work of People’s Bank, and currently there are 25 Regional Head Offices across the country.

Several senior management members including Channel Management Assistant General Manager Nalin Perera, Colombo Outer II Regional Manager S.L.M.A.S. Samaratunga, Colombo South Regional Manager Buddhika Ranatunge, and Colombo Outer I Regional Manager Nalika Liyanage, were also present at the ceremony.
