PickMe ushers in new era for Sri Lanka’s digital landscape with listing on CSE

The shares of Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Ltd. (CODE: PKME-N-0000) commenced trading on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) on 3 October 2024. 

The shares are listed on the Main Board of the CSE under the ‘Passenger Ground Transportation’ sector. The occasion was marked with a special Bell Ringing Ceremony.

The company’s offer for sale of 43,474,179 ordinary voting shares at Rs. 36.00 per share was successfully oversubscribed by 2.7 times, demonstrating strong investor confidence in its prospects.

The event was attended by Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Ltd. (PickMe) Founder and CEO Jiffry Zulfer, Chairman and Director Ajit Gunewardene, Head of Corporate Finance and Director Tasnim Salie, CFO Maduranga Kulathilaka, and COO Isira Perera. Representing the Joint Managers to the issue, CT CLSA Group COO Head of Investment Banking Zakir Mohamedally, and CAL Partners CEO Nishok Goonaseker attended the event.  Also present at the event were Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Ltd.
