Prasanna appointed to LB Finance Board

G.A. Rasika Dimuth Prasanna has been appointed to the Board of LB Finance PLC as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.

Prasanna is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC and a Director of three of its subsidiaries, namely Rocell Bathware Ltd., Rocell Ceramics Distributors Ltd. and Rocell Properties Ltd. 

He is the Managing Director of Wise Property Solutions Ltd. Prasanna also serves as a Director of Country Energy Ltd., Wise Homes Ltd., La Forteresse Ltd., Delmege Forsyth & Co. (Exports) Ltd., Delmege Coir Ltd., Delmege Forsyth & Co (Shipping) Ltd., Lewis Shipping Ltd., Delmege Air Services Ltd., Delmege Aviation Services Ltd., Lewis Brown Air Services Ltd., Delmege Aero Services Ltd., Delmege Insurance Brokers Ltd., and Delmege Airline Services Ltd. He has wide experience in Business Management. With the latest appointment the Board of LB Finance comprises of Chairman A.K. Gunawardena, Deputy Chairman Dhammika Perera, Managing Director Sumith Adhihetty, Deputy Managing Director N. Udage, B.D. St. Auburn Perera, R.S. Yatawara, Y.B. Yogagopalakrishnan, M.A.J.W. Jayasekara, A. Natesan, D. Rangalle, Y. Amarasekera and G.A.R.D. Prasanna.
