Prime Finance CEO to step down

Prime Finance PLC has announced that its CEO Prasanna Kaluarachchi will be stepping down from the post with effect from 28 February.

Until a permanent person is found, Executive Director Sandamini Perera has been appointed as the Acting CEO.

Kaluarachchi joined Prime Finance as CEO in October 2017.

He counts over 20 years in banking and finance industry and prior to joining Prime Finance, he was CEO at TKS Finance for six years and Head of Credit and Marketing at Abans Finance PLC for six years, AGM Operations at Sarvodaya Development Finance Ltd., and Executive positions at LOLC Finance PLC, People’s Leasing and Finance PLC and LB Finance PLC.
