RDB empowers more through door-to-door service

Regional Development Bank (RDB), the premier and fastest-growing state-owned development bank, operates the RDB door-to-door service through a dedicated set of service providers, who on a daily basis visit business premises and residences in the command areas of respective branches. To empower these agents further the bank conducted a workshop recently at the MAS Holdings training centre related to enhance marketing ability, developing better communication skills, improving financial literacy and other customer care needs.
