Roshini Silva new CEO of Colombo-Re Insurance Brokers

Roshini Silva  

Roshini Silva has been appointed as CEO of Colombo-Re Insurance (Brokers) Ltd.Roshini counts over 15 years of business administration and business development experience in the insurance industry.

She joined Colombo-Re in 2013 and held the positions of General Manager and Chief Operations Officer guiding the company to the heights that it reigns today.Roshini is a business leader, advocate for ethical business practices and one of the most influential female leaders in the insurance industry. A past pupil of St. Clare’s College, Colombo 06, she has an MBA from Asia E university, Malaysia.

Currently Roshini is an Executive Council Member of Sri Lanka Insurance Brokers Association and she has been awarded with gold award at SLIM NASCO National Sales Awards in 2015 in general insurance category and Motivational Leader Award at Saubhagya Femina 2023 Awards. She has been the Chapter President of BNI Abundance Chapter and various other roles.
