Samantha Ranatunga ends 9 year stint on Seylan Board

Independent Director Samantha Ranatunga has ended his stint on the Seylan Bank Board on 12 January.

He was appointed to the Board in January 2010 and retired in terms of Section 3(2) (ii) of the Banking Act Direction No. 11 of 2007 on Corporate Governance for Commercial Banks, having served as a Director for nine years.

Ranatunga is the Managing Director and CEO of CIC Holdings PLC.
