Sampath Bank makes history as Asia’s Best for Corporate Responsibility at Euromoney ‘24

Sampath Bank made history by receiving the prestigious ‘Asia’s Best Bank for Corporate Responsibility’ award at the Euromoney Awards for Excellence 2024, held recently at The Westin, Singapore.

The award was presented to Sampath Bank Managing Director Ayodhya Iddawella Perera, in recognition of the bank’s outstanding contributions to corporate responsibility. Sampath Bank’s initiatives, including its flagship ‘Wewata Jeewayak’ Tank Restoration Program and various environmental and social sustainability projects, reflect its deep commitment to addressing the nation’s core challenges.
