Sanjaya Bandara joins Abans Finance Board

S.M.S.S. Bandara has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Abans Finance PLC.

Bandara is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy and Financial Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colombo. 

Sanjaya is a partner and the head of assurance of B.R De Silva and Co., Chartered Accountants and counts over 23 years of experience in practice. He is also President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.

With the latest appointment the Board of Directors of Abans Finance PLC comprises Chairman K.J.C. Perera, R. Pestonjee, H.C. Embuldeniya, W.B.W.M.R.A.M.T.G. Aluwihare, D.S. Ratnayake and S.M.S.S. Bandara.
