Softlogic Finance announces Acting CEO

Softlogic Finance has announced the appointment of Ivon Brohier as the Acting CEO with immediate effect following the cessation of duties by the incumbent CEO/Director Priyantha Wijesekara.

The company in a filing to the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) said the circumstances relating to Wijesekera ceasing to hold office are personal to him and have no direct or indirect connection whatsoever with the Company, its operations or any other part of the Softlogic Group.

It said Brohier who is the current Chief Financial Officer, will subject to the approval of the Central Bank, assume such duties as the “Acting Chief Executive Officer” thereby ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operations of the company.
