Union Assurance recognises NTB’s top bancassurance performers

Union Assurance, Sri Lanka’s leading Life Insurer, and the exclusive bancassurance partner of Nations Trust Bank PLC (NTB), organised special development programs in recognition of the exceptional performance of the staff members of the bank’s bancassurance team and the branch network. 

The events, attended by the senior management of both Union Assurance and NTB, are a testament to Union Assurance’s commitment to strengthening its relationship with key business stakeholders.

Over 200 top-performing bank staff members participated in these development and team-building programs. Held at the Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa and Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon, the programs provided opportunities to participate in interactive educational sessions. In addition, networking programs to foster camaraderie were held, including an insightful discussion led by accredited trainer Bhathiya Arthanayake.
