AIA Sri Lanka scholarship for outstanding performance in insurance studies

For the fourth consecutive year, AIA Sri Lanka has partnered with the Wayamba University of Sri Lanka to offer a scholarship for Excellence in Insurance Studies to the most outstanding final year student in insurance and valuation at the university. This year the scholarship was awarded to Denushika Wijenayake who will receive a six-month internship program at the company together with a monthly allowance. The company spokesman of AIA Sri Lanka said: “AIA takes pride in recognising, rewarding and inspiring excellence in insurance among students at the Wayamba University, the first university in the country to offer a degree in insurance to nurture and develop the industry.”
