AIA unveils hi-tech SmartPay

Anxious because you are late with your premium payment? AIA customers have no reason to worry because now they can pay their life premiums at any time, day or night.

A hi-tech AIA SmartPay machine was recently installed at the insurer’s Life Link Office at 1, Kumaran Ratnam Road, Colombo 2 on the ground floor. It is open 24 hours 365 days of the year and is another innovative step taken by AIA Insurance to offer greater convenience and peace of mind to their policyholders. Customers can stop at the AIA SmartPay machine at any time of day or night and pay their life insurance premium quickly and easily. This facility is the newest addition to the range of over a thousand premium payment points available to AIA life policyholders. Head of Marketing Suren Perera explained: “Our SmartPay is as simple to use as any ATM machine and is our latest initiative designed to contribute to customer satisfaction, demonstrating how we make it very easy for our customers to do business with AIA.”
