Amana Bank recently relocated its Akkaraipattu branch to a spacious office premises at 102, Main Street, Akkaraipattu providing convenient and easy access to their customers. The new location was declared open by South Eastern University of Sri Lanka Vice Chancellor Dr. S.M. Mohamed Ismail along with the Akkaraipattu Municipal Council Commissioner A.L. Mohamed Azmi, Akkaraipattu Police OIC A.L.M. Jameel, the bank’s Chief Executive Officer Mohamed Azmeer, members of the senior management, invitees and customers.
Commenting on this occasion Azmeer said, “Akkaraipattu has always been a strategic location for Amana Bank within the Eastern Province. The branch has been in operation since August 2008 and has been recognised as a prominent financial service provider in the area helping both individual customers as well as small and medium business entities. The bank is extremely grateful for the support extended by the customers in the region over the past few years and we look forward to offer a superior service from our new location.” The Akkaraipattu branch will also house an ATM for the convenience of its customers.
