Amãna Takaful lays the foundation for world-class service with TASK Training Centre

Amãna Takaful PLC, the only fully-fledged Takaful operator in the country and the flag bearer of the Takaful way of insurance in Sri Lanka, recently opened the state-of-the-art Training Academy of Skills and Knowledge (TASK) centre in Colombo. The centre was ceremoniously inaugurated by Amãna Takaful Chairman Tyeab Akbarally and Amãna Takaful CEO Fazal Ghaffoor in the presence of the company’s senior management and staff. Official opening of the center   TASK was initiated by Amãna Takaful to help develop the company’s staff and expand their current knowledge and skill set. As one of the fastest growing insurers, the company remains committed to training its entire team including sales, technical, and other support staff to reach their full potential, so they can continuously deliver a world-class service. Amãna Takaful is dedicated to serving all communities, therefore all training programmes and courses are available in English, Sinhala and Tamil. A variety of programs are available at the centre, including subjects such as product knowledge, language practice, interpersonal skills, customer care, negotiation skills, underwriting and selling skills. The centre also features a state-of-the-art auditorium, library and studio which staff can use to enhance their learning experience. All Amãna Takaful branches are also equipped with training facilities to support the learning that employees receive at the TASK centre.
