Amãna Takaful Life inspires team to reach ‘Beyond a Billion’ in 2015

Amãna Takaful (ATL) Life, the flag bearer of the Takaful way of insurance in Sri Lanka recently presented its annual plan to its team members, under the 2015 theme ‘Beyond a Billion – Think. Act. Achieve’. At the event, team members were presented with the details of the company’s exemplary performance in 2014 and the 2015 strategy for the way forward was unveiled. The event brought together members from across the company’s network and highlighted ATL Life’s outstanding achievements and milestones during the year 2014. At the event, staff members were motivated to continue to excel in their work in order to help the company achieve its plans and targets for 2015.

Commenting on the year ahead, Amãna Takaful Life Ltd Chief Executive Officer Reyaz Jeffrey stated, “As we look ahead to the future, 2015 offers us a brand new year filled with many opportunities. Due to the separation of the Life and General insurance segments, we will be embarking on a new journey while remaining true to our Takaful promise of offering reliable and high quality insurance solutions built on the principles of mutual well-being and trust. The management of ATL Life is confident that 2015 will prove to be a prosperous and exciting year for the company and our customers.”
Singapore tour winners
The event was attended by staff and insurance advisors from all parts of the country, senior management and the company’s Board of Directors, making it a memorable celebration and an inspirational day for all. During the event, representatives from each department presented the highlights of 2014 and outlined the plans for the New Year including areas of development and growth.
The audience was also briefed on ATL’s recent corporate campaign with a new brand proposition ‘Open to all’ which reiterates the company is committed to serve all Sri Lankans from various backgrounds and walks of life, with enthusiasm and dedication.
