Bank of Ceylon felicitates S.P. Tao for his decades-long relationship with the bank

Bank of Ceylon (BOC) Acting Chairman Raju Sivaraman recognised the longstanding relationship BOC has had with S.P. Tao, Chairman of Mireka Capital Land Ltd., which owns and developed the Havelock City project.
A felicitation ceremony was held recently at the Head Office of BOC, during Tao’s short visit to Sri Lanka. Tao has been instrumental in the Havelock City project, a joint venture between BOC and Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC (ORCL).
Tao is also the Chairman of ORCL which owns the World Trade Centre twin towers in Colombo. The bank has been having a long business relationship with Tao since the beginning of the construction of the World Trade Center, Colombo.
During Tao’s meeting at BOC, Sivaraman extended his well wishes to Tao and presented a memento in recognition of his services to the country and the longstanding relationship with BOC. He has helped to change the skyline of Colombo.
On this occasion Directors of BOC, ORCL, Senerath Bandara, Acting General Manager of BOC, and the members of the Corporate Management of BOC were present.
