BDO Tax Director wins Rising Islamic Finance personality silver award

BDO Partners Tax Director Sarah Afker was awarded the Rising Islamic Finance Personality of the year (Silver) award in Sri Lanka at the Islamic Finance Forum of South Asia 2016. 

The IFFSA awards night was held at Hotel Galadari, Colombo on 27 July where the ‘BEST amongst the BEST’ in the respective countries within the South Asian Islamic banking and finance industry were honoured. The event was well attended and award winners included eminent personnel and entities in the Islamic Banking and Finance industries from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Maldives and Sri Lanka.
