Bhutan’s Auditor General, Accounting & Auditing Standards Board calls at CA Sri Lanka

A high-level delegation from Bhutan, including its Auditor General Ugen Chewang who is also the Chairman of the Accounting & Auditing Standards Board in Bhutan (AASBB), visited the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) this week. The Bhutanese delegation also comprised of Sonam Wangdi, General Secretary of AASBB and Lok Nath Dahal, Deputy Chief Accounts Officer of AASBB, who met with President of CA Sri Lanka Arjuna Herath, Vice President Lasantha Wickremasinghe and Chief Executive Officer Aruna Alwis, where matters of mutual interest relating to the development of the accounting profession in Bhutan was discussed at length
