Central Bank Governor Ajith Nivard Cabraal will officially inaugurate the Islamic Finance News (IFN) Roadshow 2013, which will be held today at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel.
The roadhsow will be held under the patronage of the Governor for the second consecutive year and will be attended by a strong delegation from both the local markets and those from neighboring markets.
With the resounding success achieved at last year’s roadshow, RedMoney Group of Malaysia has once again collaborated with the local Islamic finance market leader Amana Bank to bring the IFN Roadshow to the shores of Sri Lanka this year.
The event agenda will consist of the keynote address delivered by the Central Bank Governor, as well as panel discussions and presentations by eminent speakers representing the Islamic finance industry and regulatory bodies who will discuss the issues, challenges and potential of the industry.
