CBEU signs collective deal with Commercial Bank

A collective agreement relating to the Cost of Living allowance of the members of the Ceylon Bank Employees Union (CBEU) was signed between the Commercial Bank of Ceylon Plc and CBEU on Tuesday.

Managing Director Ravi Dias and Deputy General Manager HR Isuru Thilakawardena signed on behalf of the Commercial Bank and for CBEU the signatories were President A.K. Bandara and General Secretary Asoka Dharmasiri. Employers Federation of Ceylon Deputy Director General Kanishka Weerasinghe, CBEU Branch Union President Kushan Wijepala signed the agreement as witnesses. CBEU Treasurer Lional Wickramasinghe, Senior Vice President S.B. Abeysekera were among others who participated at the event.
