Ceylinco Life opens Colombo North office at Kotahena

Life Insurance leader Ceylinco Life has invested in a new property at Kotahena to accommodate its branches in the Colombo North region and enhance services to customers in the area. The property of 46.5 perches at No. 92, Jampettah Street, Colombo 13 has two buildings of two and three stories, providing 17,000 square feet of space.

The two-storied building of 9,800 square feet has a spacious customer service area and also accommodates the company’s printing, scanning and mailing division. The three-storied building of 7,200 square feet has the company’s gift shop and stores. The complex will accommodate 240 sales officers and staff members of Ceylinco Life from several branches serving the Colombo North region and will also offer ample parking facilities for customers. Speaking at the opening of the company’s new Colombo North Regional Office on 10 May, Ceylinco Life’s Managing Director and CEO R. Renganathan said: “This investment in a company-owned property in Colombo will further enhance the company’s asset base, while enabling us to serve customers better and offer them greater convenience.” Ceylinco Life already owns the buildings housing its offices in Anuradhapura, Jaffna, Kalutara, Kurunegala, Gampaha, Matara, Galle, Tissamaharama, Negombo and Ratnapura.
