Ceylinco Life has opened its latest branch at a well-known landmark in Mount Lavinia, to better serve customers in this busy suburb and the adjacent towns. Located in a graceful traditional Sri Lankan residence purchased by the company, this branch at 615, Galle Road, Mount Lavinia will accommodate a team of 40 staff that will serve the life insurance needs of Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, Ratmalana and Attidiya, the company said. Centrally located just beyond the Mount Lavinia intersection, the renovated building stands on 52.5 perches of land and offers customers adequate parking and multiple transaction counters in a restful ambience that contrasts with the bustle outside. Speaking at the ceremonial opening of the new branch, Ceylinco Life Managing Director and CEO R. As part of its strategy of investment in real estate, Ceylinco Life locates its branches in key areas on company-owned land. The company already owns the buildings housing its offices in Anuradhapura, Jaffna, Kalutara, Kurunegala, Gampaha, Matara, Galle, Tissamaharama, Negombo, Ratnapura and Kotahena and recently commenced construction of a new branch office on company-owned land at Bandarawela.
