The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce will conduct a seminar in a bid to create awareness on the ‘Transfer pricing regulation and compliance requirements’ that was introduced in 2013.
The seminar, which is targeted at CEOs, CFOs, finance managers and other interested parties will provide a deeper understanding of transfer pricing, the documents to be maintained, transfer pricing issues and how to manage them.
An expert panel has been invited by the Chamber to discuss areas such as ‘Legal Provisions relating to Transfer Pricing’ and ‘How to comply with the Regulations’ during the seminar which will take place on 29 July at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
The speakers and panellists at the seminar will comprise Deepani Herath, Senior Commissioner of Transfer Pricing at the Inland Revenue Department, Shamila Jayasekera, Partner – Head of Tax at KPMG Sri Lanka, Duminda Hulangamuwa, Chairman, Taxation Steering Committee of the Chamber and a Partner of Ernst and Young Sri Lanka, N.R. Gajendran, Senior Partner, Gajma & Co and Dilani Katipearachchi, Vice President and Head of Tax, Aitken Spence Group.
