25 top-tier clients join Citi’s senior business heads in a knowledge sharing session in Sri Lanka as part of Citi Asia Pacific’s first ever Client Experience Week
Citi Sri Lanka brought together 25 top-tier corporate clients for a knowledge sharing session as part of a new Client Experience Week initiative on 21 October 2014.
This was the first time that Citi Asia Pacific had organised the event to engage Citi’s clients, cross-functional partners and colleagues to recognise the importance of collaboration towards delivering an outstanding end-to-end client experience.
The Client Experience Week which was held from 20-24 October across 15 countries saw a number of external and internal events being held, including educational client workshops, exciting competitions and team-building activities
In the Sri Lanka event, the topics covered during the knowledge sharing session included; Funds Transfer Mechanisms, an overview of the Regulatory Environment and Functions of CitiDirect Automation. The interactive sessions were delivered by Citi staff. Commenting on the event, Ravin Basnayake, Citi Country Officer Sri Lanka said, “Citi is devoted in recognising the importance of customer service and to honour the people who serve and support customers with the highest degree of care and professionalism.”
Operations & Technology Country Head Amalee Perera added, “Exceptional Client Service is about going beyond what is expected of you, it is about over delivering and keeping our clients happy. What better time to look back on our accomplishments than Client Experience Week. Through the activities planned I am reminded of how much our clients mean to us, and how much pride we take in ensuring that their satisfaction is our top priority.”
The week-long initiative also saw other internal events being held to recognise staff for their work in serving our clients.
