Commercial Bank opens ATM at Fisheries Ministry premises

The Commercial Bank installed an ATM at the premises of the Ministry of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development at Jothipala Mawatha, Maligawatte for the convenience of ministry employees as well as the general public in this highly populated area.
Minister of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Development Dr. Rajitha Senaratne declared open the new ATM open in the presence of the bank’s Chairman, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer and senior management.
Commercial Bank has installed offsite ATMs at many railway stations, bus terminals, shopping malls, large factories and at the Katunayake Export Processing Zone. The bank has also installed an ATM machine at the Canovin Arcade on the Southern Expressway to further improve public access to its ATM network. The bank operates a network of 582 ATMs around the country.
The bank is also the pioneer of the holiday banking concept to Sri Lanka, offering another channel that allows customers to do their banking outside normal banking hours. The bank now has more than 60 holiday banking centres which benefit thousands of customers around the country.
