Commercial Bank to shower MoneyGram recipients with exciting prizes

Recipients of remittances sent via MoneyGram, the global funds transfer company, will be eligible to win exciting prizes over the next four months, if they collect their funds from the Commercial Bank of Ceylon.
The bank has announced that 32-inch LED TVs, home theatre systems, microwave ovens, water filters, mixer grinders, toasters and similar appliances are to be awarded through four monthly draws from September to December 2013 under the ‘ComBank MoneyGram Gift Bonanza.’
The exciting promotion comes soon after 114 recipients of Moneygram remittances who collected their funds from Commercial Bank, won Rs. 5,000 each under its recent promotion.
“Commercial Bank is already the preferred choice of a majority of MoneyGram recipients because of the Bank’s extensive network and speedy service,” Commercial Bank Assistant General Manager Operations Palitha Perera said.
“This new promotion will add even greater value, and provide yet another reason for recipients to choose Commercial Bank to collect their funds,” he added.

The bank offers MoneyGram beneficiaries the convenience of a network of 232 branches and service points in Sri Lanka. Funds can be collected even on holidays, at over 50 holiday banking centres of the bank. In order to ensure a speedy pay out, the bank has set up dedicated counters at some of its key locations popular for remittances.
