Commercial Credit and Finance PLC ended 2013 on a winning note with several important awards clinched both locally and internationally.
It won two prestigious awards – Fastest Growing Finance Company Sri Lanka 2013 and Most Innovative Finance Company Sri Lanka 2013 at the Global Banking and Finance Review Awards 2013.
Launched in 2011, the Global Banking and Finance Review Awards reflect the innovation, achievement, strategy, progressive and inspirational changes taking place within the global financial community. The awards were created to recognise companies of all sizes which are prominent in particular areas of expertise and excellence within the financial world.
The awards have evolved and grown to include those in banking, foreign exchange, insurance, hedge funds, pension funds, compliance and advisory, corporate governance, brokerage and exchanges, project finance, binary options, investment management, technology, asset and wealth management, Islamic finance, exchange traded funds, real estate, corporate social responsibility and other areas.
Commercial Credit went on to win international acclaim at the glittering World Brand Excellence Awards ceremony held at Taj Lands End, Mumbai recently. It was recognised for performance excellence in its field of operations in the banking, financial services and insurance sector.

At a local level, Commercial Credit went on to win the Runners Up awards in the Non Banking Financial Sector category and Best Corporate Social Responsibility category at the National Business Excellence Awards organised by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka.
