Continental Insurance introduces ‘Continental e-Pay’

In developing this customer friendly mobile application, CILL used Dialog Axiata PLC’s Ideamart platform. This all-new revolutionary USSD mobile app allows a customer to simply dial #771*245# on any type of phone unit to check their outstanding amount by simply entering in their Vehicle Number or Insurance Policy Number (for non-motor insurance holders) and then proceed to instantly making the payment via Dialog’s eZCash mechanism. Once the payment is approved and CILL’s systems get updated, the customer would immediately receive a payment receipt via SMS and e-mail.
