Dehiattakandiya SDB shifted to new location

The Dehiattakandiya branch of the SANASA Development Bank (SDB) reached its new premises on 11 November. 

The SDB Dehiattakandiya Branch was shifted to No. 10/4, New Town, Dehiattakandiya with the objective of providing more efficient and friendly service to its customers with more sophisticated facilities. 

SANASA Development Bank is a public quoted company with limited liability incorporated under the Companies Act 17 of 1982 and re-registered under Companies Act No.07 of 2007 and registered as a licensed specialised bank by Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Banking Act no 30 of 1988, operates with a branch network of 85 branches all over the country. SDB branch has been able to provide the required financial strength to its customers as well as small and medium scale entrepreneurs in the area.

SDB Dehiattakandiya has been able to introduce a variety of banking products and services with a vast coverage of customers, from new born babies to all categories of senior citizens. Those products and services comes under different brand names of ‘LakDaru’ Children’s Savings, ‘Jawaya’, ‘Uththamavee’, ‘Upahara’, ‘Dashaka’, ‘SDB Aayojana’, ‘Swarnakirana’, ‘Ranmini’ Pawning Services, SDB Leasing,  SME Plus, etc,  introduced for the convenience of Bank’s customers. 

L.K.D. Lokuge heads the Dehiattakandiya branch and it has been serving the area for nearly last five years.

The Dehiattakandiya Branch was ceremonially opened with the participation of some prestigious invitees including SDB Chairperson Samadani Kiriwandeniya, SDB General Manager/CEO Nimal C. Hapuarachchi, Dehiattakandiya Divisional Secretary D.R.K. Hennayaka, and other distinguished guests from the public and private sector.

The relocated branch of Dehiattakandiya was ceremonially opened by Samadani Kiriwandeniya.
