At Standard Chartered, we are committed to realising our brand promise of Here for good not only in the corporate milieu but also within society at large and the communities we call home. Minimising our carbon footprint and minimising the negative impacts on the environment are activities consciously engaged in.”
Malcolm Monteiro, CEO, DHL Express South Asia said: “As part of our sustainability measures, we actively work towards reducing the impact of logistics on the environment by minimising the use of natural resources and using the most efficient transport. Therefore we are proud to be associated with a prestigious bank such as Standard Chartered Bank that is equally conscious of their CO2 emissions. Globally we develop innovative ways to reduce the impact which will make a significant contribution to companies such as Standard Chartered Bank.”
