DNH Financial Ltd. has expanded its footprint in Gampaha with the opening of its second service centre aimed at increasing its retail presence while providing a one-stop-shop for investors in the district to facilitate access to the Colombo stock market.
The service centre will offer clients account opening facilities, entertain IPO applications and handle investor queries. DNH already operates a comprehensive branch in Negombo and a service centre in Jaffna while the company has plans to open its third service centre at the newly refurbished Colombo Pharmacy building in Union Place by March 2012.
As a full-fledged member of the Colombo Stock Exchange, DNH is licensed to facilitate equity and bond trading and has built a firm reputation for providing sound investment solutions to clients.
“DNH Financial was founded on customer service and value, and it is these commitments that drive the continued growth of our branch network. In keeping with the strategic objective of the company, DNH has ventured out of the capital city of Colombo as it is imperative to expand and broad base the retail customer portfolio as the future is in the retail business,” General Manager/CEO Seedantha Kulatilake said.
“Gampaha is the second most developed district in Sri Lanka and has seen rapid development programmes in the recent past and we are optimistic of the potential for business growth in the area,” he added.
By broad-basing its retail presence, DNH hopes to widen its client reach and develop a closer relationship with clients with the aim of providing a tailor-made research backed investing solution based on client’s specific requirements.
