M.T. Galgamuwa has been appointed to the Board of The Finance Company Plc as an Independent Non Executive Director.
He was a former General Manager/CEO at Sanasa Development Bank and counts over 40 years of banking experience of which over 30 years at senior management level specialising in treasury management, merchant banking and fund management.
He has held senior positions in several local and international banks both locally and overseas. He also functioned as the Consultant Treasurer for Ceylon Petroleum Corporation under the IMF restructuring program for three years.
Galgamuwa also served on the Board of Directors of Shell Gas Lanka Ltd., and currently is a Non Executive Independent Director of Melsta Regal Finance Ltd
