‘Financial Analytics for Operational Excellence’ program by The Knowledge Conglomerate today

The Knowledge Conglomerate announces its seventh program ‘Financial Analytics for Operational Excellence’ by Kapila Dodamgoda at Galadari today.  

Kapila Dodamgoda is the CEO of ICMA (Australia) Sri Lankan Branch and he is the Academic Director of Asia e University MBA Program. He is qualified in FCMA, CMA (Australia) CGMA, MCIM, MSLIM, B Sc Engineering, AMIESL and MA Economics.

He has worked for MAS Holdings as a financial director, a general manager, and a financial controller, at Vanik Incorporation as a senior manager (corporate finance/ trade financing), and for Hayleys as an engineer.

The program applies for any industry financial and operational professionals. This will help the organisations with understanding and interpreting financial statements to get better operational insight and build up costs and classification matrix.

You will be acquainted with how to use operational performance of business segments and how to use financial tools to improve operational efficiencies and better decision making.
