The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka in association with the Securities & Exchange Commission and Colombo Stock Exchange will host an Issuer Awareness Forum themed ‘Debentures: Capital without collateral’ on Thursday 29 May from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the National Chamber auditorium, No. 450, D.R. Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10.
The forum will target small and medium enterprises together with large enterprises to create awareness for capital growth of enterprises and other alternative sources of financing together with a host of other benefits.
Also, to facilitate medium to long term financing requirements through the capital market of Sri Lanka.
The forum will be addressed by representatives from the Securities & Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka, Colombo Stock Exchange, and Registrar of Companies followed by a panel discussion.
