Grand prizes for Union Assurance Life policyholders

Union Assurance (UA), a significant player in the life insurance market has continued to expand on its portfolio of life insurance products, and has seen the business grow steadily throughout the past year. To felicitate new customers who had opted to invest in a Life insurance with UA, a grand draw was held recently, while an array of exciting prizes was also presented to reward and recognise them.



Customers, who invested in UA Life Insurance policies of Rs. 3,500 and above premiums, between the months of September to December 2012, were eligible to enter the grand draw, which was held in February 2013. Winners were selected randomly through a computerised system and gifts distributed at the UA head office and through branches island-wide.

Lucky 10 Life customers walked away with Samsung LED 32” TVs while 40 other customers won vouchers for full board hotel stays at Chaaya Hotels and Resorts. Fifty other winners won intricate porcelain sets from Dankotuwa Porcelain while many other customers were recipients of shopping vouchers worth over Rs. 1.3 million from Keells Supermarkets. Being well prepared for all that is expected or unexpected is what Life insurance offers to its policyholders. Investing in a Life insurance policy is a precautionary measure that protects one’s family from financial crises, if the situation should arise.
