HNB Assurance rewards top performers

HNB Assurance concluded its 9th Annual Sales Convention recently at Hilton Colombo. The event showcased the company’s outstanding talent, rewarding its top performers, who overcame all obstacles in order to provide their customers with an unparalleled service. The sales force and the distribution management team attached to the branch network were rewarded during the Sales Convention for their active performances made during 2013.

Chief Guest of the event, Jonathan Alles, Managing Director/CEO of HNB and HNB Assurance, Manjula de Silva, Managing Director of HNB Assurance, together with the Board of Directors commended all awardees for their tremendous contribution. De Silva stated: “We all have a common goal which ultimately leads us to the growth of HNB Assurance. The future of HNB Assurance remains in the hands of its dedicated staff and field force, who has always stood up to challenges, continually exceeding expectations and as a company HNBA has always gone the extra mile to give an incomparable service to its customers. Today the company stands strong with an impressive growth rate living up to its reputation as the fastest growing insurance company in Sri Lanka.” The top management and directors of HNB Assurance awarded the top sales achievers and among the main winners, the most prestigious award for Best Sales Person was presented to P.K.M. Priyadarshani, representing the Colombo North Branch.

Among the other awardees were L.G.P. Kodikara of Horana branch as the Best Group Leader together with K.H.V.M. Prasadof Matara Branch as the Best Team Leader. Under the Best Field Manager category, B.A.P. Madushanka of the Horana Branch was recognised as the Best Field Manager and V. Corteling of the Negombo Branch became the Best Assistant Group Field Manager. The distribution network management was also represented and recognised. The Best Service Centre Branch in Charge award was presented to W.A. Priyantha of Ampara Branch, Best Development Office Manager to Chaminda Soysa of Horana Branch, Best Area Manager to Madura Meegahage of Negombo Branch and Best Regional Manager to Harindra Ramasinghe of Panadura Region. The Best Zonal Manager award was won by Hiran Fernandopulle of North Western Zone. HNB Assurance PLC is one of the fastest growing insurance companies in Sri Lanka with a network of 51 branches.
