HNB Assurance ‘Takes on tomorrow’ with new Customer Service Centre in Colpetty

Sri Lanka’s innovative Insurance solutions provider HNB Assurance has established a new Customer Service Centre to facilitate the provision of motor, general and life insurance solutions to its customers. The new Customer Service Centre (CSC) is now located on Dharmapala Mawatha, Colpetty, Colombo 03 with an appealing exterior outlook and a fully functional interior décor to give customers a superior service. The new centre was ceremonially opened this week by HNB Assurance PLC Chairperson Dr. Ranee Jayamaha in the presence of a gathering of distinguished invitees. Accessibility This location was chosen for easy customer access for paying premiums, product inquiries and for obtaining quotations for insurance policies. Acceptance and issuance of policies, issuance of loans and surrenders, making any type of policy alterations, approving repair estimates, conducting vehicle inspections and issuance of claim payments are some of the main activities that are undertaken at this facility. A dedicated and friendly team of customer service representatives will be available to answer all insurance queries of customers and members of the public with clear guidance and explanations. This new CSC (Customer Service Centre) is situated at No. 51 A, Dharmapala Mw, and Colombo 3. It will be open from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. onwards.
