HNB relocates Kottawa customer centre

Hatton National Bank recently relocated its Kottawa customer centre to No. 40, High Level Road, Kottawa. The newly relocated customer centre is housed in a more spacious building with ample parking space. This customer centre was ceremonially declared open by HNB Managing Director/CEO Jonathan Alles. A large gathering including the corporate management of HNB was present at the occasion. Speaking on this occasion the HNB Managing Director /CEO Jonathan Alles said: “HNB is committed to providing superior banking services to its customers. A number of value additions have been provided with the relocation of this customer centre keeping in line with the bank’s commitment to provide greater convenience to its valued customers. There is ample parking space provided to carry out banking functions with ease.” He further stated: “HNB will be offering its full range of products and services in this new building supported by its electronic banking channels with latest technology and a service quality that is synonymous with HNB. With Internet banking, mobile banking and the latest ‘MOMO banking’, HNB comes to your door step promising you a service far exceeding your expectations.” The new building is a continuation of the bank’s strategy to upgrade its buildings and service propositions in important locations across the length and breadth of Sri Lanka in order to be the ‘Banker to the nation’. Hatton National Bank was named the ‘Best Bank of the Year’ in Sri Lanka by the Asian Banker magazine for the sixth consecutive year and was named the ‘Bank of the Year in Sri Lanka’ for the year 2012 by the UK based banker magazine.
