Head of Cards, Products and Service James Rebert mentioned, “We are happy to launch the second phase of our senior credit cardholder offering that will provide additional benefits to our cardholders, supporting them to live the lifestyle they desire. We believe this will benefit all our senior cardholders and support them in meeting key day to day expenses.” Senior cardholders will be entitled to a 20% saving at Cargills Supermarkets on essential everyday items, as well as a 5% saving on over the counter (OTC) dietary supplements. In addition, they will also get to enjoy a 5% saving on all pharmaceutical items and vitamins purchased from Health Guard Pharmacies, island-wide. The new benefit plan also aims to promote good health and wellbeing among this segment with proactive health checks. As such the Bank has partnered with Asiri Hospital Holdings PLC, to offer special discounts at Asiri Hospital, Asiri Surgical Hospital and The Central Hospital on diabetic health check packages, room rates, physiotherapy, CT, MRI, Dexa scan, Ultra sound, x-ray, lab tests and digital mammogram tests. In the unforeseen event of sudden hospitalisation, where emergency Ayurveda medical treatment is sought, cardholders can look to enjoy a 20% saving at the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Hospital in Mount Lavinia. Furthermore, they can enjoy rejuvenating Ayurveda Spa treatments from Monday to Thursday very affordably with this saving at the Siddhalepa Ayurveda Spa, Colombo 07, Siddhalepa Transit Spa, Katunayake and Siddhalepa Anarwa Spa, Mount Lavinia. Meeting the lifestyle needs of this segment, HSBC offers special savings at Adidas on footwear as well as vision care optical services on spectacles and sunglasses.
