IBSL lists 3 unregulated entities

The Insurance Board of Sri Lanka (IBSL), the regulator of the insurance industry in a statement clarified that in terms of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act, No. 43 of 2000, the following institutions are not regulated or supervised by IBSL: Agricultural and Agrarian Insurance Board, Sri Lanka Export Credit Insurance Corporation and Social Security Board.
