Innovest Group launches corporate finance company

The Innovest Group has achieved yet another milestone by launching Innovest Capital (Pvt) Ltd., which provides corporate finance solutions in the areas of the structuring and placement of debt securities, facilitating private and listed equity transactions, managing share issues, IPO structuring, facilitating mergers and acquisitions and liquidity management.

The company will provide corporate entities, within any industry, with opportunities to raise capital by structuring and placing products, such as Debentures or securitised assets, to meet their capital requirements.

Such solutions will be based on a thorough understanding of company financials as well as projected interest costs: thereby determining the most cost effective means of financing distinct funding requirements.

Innovest Capital’s experienced team will also carry out the task of linking potential investors with current shareholders of private and public companies who may wish to divest a portion or the entirety of their shares.

Innovest Capital has an established network of both local and foreign clientele who search for opportunities to invest within Sri Lanka, mainly via such private/listed equity and venture capital investments.

Deutsche Bank AG (Colombo branch) will be acting as the trustee and custodian bank in matters relating to the securitisation of assets and debenture issues. Attorney at Law and Solicitor Priyanthi Peiris will be the Legal Consultant of Innovest Capital, with KPMG as the Auditors.
