Ironwood Investment Holding Ltd. has increased its stake in Abans Finance Plc to 41.88%.
This is following the acquisition of 10% stake via the mandatory offer which concluded on 13 July. Previously it held 31.89% stake.
The mandatory offer was Rs. 25 per share to purchase 6.65 million shares of Abans Finance Plc. The 41.88% amounts to 27.878 million shares.
