Janashakthi Insurance launches ‘Full Option Rewards’ scheme

Janashakthi Insurance has launched a program tailored to its most loyal customers, offering them a host of benefits including discounts on motor spare parts, vehicle inspections, hospitality services and automotive batteries. The Janashakthi ‘Full Option Rewards’ scheme is available for all Full Option comprehensive policyholders, who can produce their Full Option card at merchant outlets in order to benefit from the scheme. The established merchant partners which have tied up with Janashakthi Insurance for the tailor-made scheme include AIRT Vehicle Inspection Service, Aitken Spence Hotels, Arabian Motors, Doctor Auto, DSL, Exide, Mal-Key Rent-A-Car, Metropolitan, Moto Link, Motor Magazine, Orient Finance, Power World Fitness Centre, Quantum Fitness, Child Eye and Wurth. “We are launching this scheme because we want to reward our most loyal customers. The Full Option Rewards scheme partners are located all across the country, giving our customers easy access to their services,” said Janashakthi Insurance Assistant General Manager Marketing Shenali Wickramaaratchi. Janashakthi Insurance Senior Brand Manager Kaushala Amarasekara said: “We have 15 merchant partners offering a wide variety of motor-related services. This network will only continue to grow in the near future. “The Janashakthi Full Options Rewards scheme does not only fulfil all your insurance requirements, but also day-to-day services, being a tailored,  customer-centric scheme, encompassing finance companies, hotels, fitness centres and so on. As such, it is far more comprehensive compared to other insurance schemes due to its inclusion of such a diverse array of rewards.” Recently, Janashakthi introduced the ‘Full Options Locator’ application for all its motor customers, opting for customer convenience. Designed and developed in-house by the Janashakthi IT team, the app uses the customer’s phone location-based services to allow the Janashakthi Full Option team to find the vehicle and send assistance. Apart from its main function, the Full Option Locator supports additional features such as guidelines to deal with an emergency situation and a list of useful contact numbers that the customer can dial through the app itself.
