Janashakthi Insurance rewarded 45 of its top performing employees with a holiday to China recently. The participants spent six days in China taking part in various team building and leisure activities. Janashakthi Insurance spends over Rs. 50 million a year on human capital development and training, and continuously works towards uplifting the service standards of market delivery and innovation.
