Janashakthi’s revolutionary Easy Claim service allows for convenient claim payment

Janashakthi Insurance launched its revolutionary Easy Claim service, a new service allowing for swift claims settlement. Customers can opt to obtain motor claims via the Easy Claim service, so that they no longer have to stand in queues. Instead, they can collect claim payments at their own convenience from any Sampath Bank ATM.   This is Janashakthi’s latest commitment towards providing their customers with the ultimate in convenience and hassle-free service. A customer whose claim falls within the  stipulated value need no longer visit one of Janashakthi’s branches to pick up a claim, but can pick up the approved claim payment within 24 hours or less from the ATM. This facility also eliminates the need of a bank account. “The new Easy Claim service was really simple. I would normally have to visit the Janashakthi office and then separately deposit the money in my account. Now, I can immediately withdraw the money from the bank,” said Business Manager Rukshan Sriyantha Perera. “I appreciate this service as there is now no need to waste time standing in queues,” added another happy customer, motorist P. Chathuraka Madhusanka.   Janashakthi is fully equipped with a 24 hour call centre geared to swiftly and efficiently settle claims, once the customer has fulfilled all necessary requirements. A separate team is being geared to handle Easy Claim settlements, in order to ensure speedy settlement of claims and the on-site settlement process. Janashakthi currently offers rapid claims settlement, with customers fulfilling the necessary requirement reaching a settlement as fast as within 12 hours after an accident is reported.   “Janashakthi has continuously been a first-mover, introducing many innovations into the motor segment.   The introduction of claim service has revolutionised the motor insurance platform while changing the landscape of claims settlement also offers the ultimate in convenience to our customers, allowing for hassle-free service in their time of need,” said Kaushala Amarasekara, Senior Brand Manager – Motor. “Our aim is to increase the percentage of motor claim settlements being settled via easy claim method to a greater extend, and delight our customers,” added Amarasekara.
