Kuliyapitiya SDB shifts to new location

Relocated branch of Kuliyapitiya was ceremonially opened by SDB Chairperson Samadanie Kiriwandeniya

The Kuliyapitiya branch of SANASA Development Bank (SDB) relocated to its new premises on 29 August. SDB Kuliyapitiya branch was shifted to173, Madampe Road, Kuliyapitiya with the objective of providing more efficient and friendly service to its customers with more sophisticated facilities. 

SANASA Development Bank is a public quoted company with limited liability incorporated under the Companies Act 17 of 1982 and re-registered under Companies Act No. 07 of 2007 and registered as a licensed specialised bank by Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Banking Act No. 30 of 1988, operates with a branch network of 88 branches all over the country. SDB branch has been able to provide the required financial strength to its customers as well as small and medium scale entrepreneurs in the area.

SDB Kuliyapitiya has been able to introduce a variety of banking products and services with a vast coverage of customers, from new born babies to all categories of senior citizens. Those products and services comes under different brand names of ‘Lakdaru’ Children’s Savings, ‘Jawaya’,  ‘Uththamavee’, ‘Upahara’, ‘Dashaka’, ‘SDB Aayojana’, ‘Swarnakirana’, ‘Ranmini’ Pawning Services, SDB Leasing,  SME Plus, SDB Dayada, etc, introduced for the convenience of the bank’s customers.

J.A.R. Lakshantha heads the Kuliyapitiya branch and it has been serving the area for nearly last three years.

Relocated Kuliyapitiya branch was ceremonially opened with the participation of some prestigious invitees including SDB Chairperson Samadanie Kiriwandeniya, SDB General Manager/CEO Nimal C. Hapuarachchi, North Western Provincial Council Assistant Cooperative Commissioner Shantha Gamini Kariyawasam, Trade Association of Kuliyapitiya Former Mayor/President A.M. Lakshman Adhikari, representatives from prominent cooperative societies and other distinguished guests from public and private sector.
