LB Finance launches Telemarketing & Call Centre in Kolonnawa

The centre being declared open by AGM Micro Finance Laksman Wanniarachchi, Head of Gold Loans Chandrika Alwis, Manager – Recoveries Yohan Hettiarachchi, Regional Manager – Credit Kenneth Daniel and other staff members

Financial pioneer LB Finance officially launched its Telemarketing & Call Centre unit in Kolonnawa on 28 August. 

LB Finance, a leading finance company in Sri Lanka, took this initiative to assist all customers who wants to know information about its products and services. Now customers can call the unit at any time of the day to know about their services. 

Head of Marketing Roshan Jayawardena stated: “We will further develop this function so that it can facilitate customers at any time of the day. Our ambition is to make this a fully-fledged Telemarketing & Call Centre unit which operates 24x7. Further this step will help us to manage all inquiries in an effective and efficient manner without any delays.”
