Matching Grant Scheme

Under the Government’s ‘Sustainable Tourism Development Project,’ the Ministry of Economic Development partnered People’s Bank as the administrator to manage the Matching Grant Scheme. Seen in the picture are Chief Executive Officer/General Manager of People’s Bank N. Vasantha Kumar exchanging the partnership agreement with Project Director (STDP) of Ministry of Economic Development A.B.M. Ashraff.  Additional Secretary to the Ministry of Economic Development and incharge of the Investment Projects Priyantha Mayadunne along with Deputy General Manager for Corporate Development and Micro Finance T.A. Ariyapala and Chief Manager for Small and Medium Scale Loans Wickrama Narayana of People’s Bank were also present at the event.
