The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka will hold a half-day seminar on Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees Trust Fund (ETF) in English on Friday 27 September from 1330h to 1700 h at the 4th floor Auditorium of the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (Lotus), No. 450, D.R. Wijewardena Mawatha, Colombo 10.
The seminar will explain all the required information that any employer or employee should have with regard to EPF and ETF. Information provided will be: the types of employees and income covered under the EPF and ETF, correct procedure of submissions of returns, remittance procedure and time limits, obligations of employers, procedure of claiming benefits, different types of benefits available under the two schemes and the withdrawal procedure.
Participants will have a chance to discuss with the speakers, the information they want to know with regards to EPF and ETF. Hence participants are advised to come with their issues and unclear areas which could be cleared at the seminar.
